Fractional Ownership: Services
Management and Service:
The current owner will provide the management services in conjuction with the on island resources he has put in place over the past 6 years, including cleaners, riggers, laundry, consierres, engine and mechanican work, sail makers, upholstery, chase boat, wood workers, machine shops, electronics and navigation equipment, fiberglass and painting, provisioning and other miscellaneous service groups. An on island single point of contact will be available for each owner when using the boat.
Contract language and Organizational Stucture:
The current owner is going to begin drawing up contract language for Sailaway Free Fractional, during may 2008. Several options exist including forming a jointly help LLC, and or holding companies.
